Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • ₹99 flat rate for orders below ₹999
  • Express Delivery available at ₹199 (2-3 business days)

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
  • Delivery times may vary for remote locations

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS updates on delivery status
  • Real-time tracking from your account dashboard

Return Policy

Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels must be intact
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Invoice must be included in the return package

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear and innerwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products without original tags

How to Return

  1. Login to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the item you want to return
  3. Choose the return reason
  4. Schedule a free pickup
  5. Our delivery partner will collect the package

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Quality check takes 2-3 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Exchange Policy

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item faster.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the defect/damage
  • We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement immediately
  • If replacement is not available, we'll process a full refund
